   It’s hard to believe, but this is probably the last mix you will ever hear from me, as I hang up my headphones after 30 years, and ride off into the sunset. Sometimes in life, we must put things aside and look at the world and decide what we can do to make it a better place than we found it. It’s been very difficult for me to get in the mood to mix these days, however I put everything I had left into this mix, and it is one of my best.

We start off with the very last dance record that Luther Vandross made before he left us so suddenly. It is a wonderful record. The rest of the mix keeps it’s Euro-funky feel reminiscent of the disco heydays. Much of the music is new, from late 2006. The last cut, Hold me Till The End is from 2007, and is Darren Tate’s latest masterpiece. I wanted to end with that as well as end my career with it as I hope you will cherish my contribution long after I’ve disappeared from the scene. Hold Me Till The End. Hold me in your memories and save my mixes and listen to them years from now when you want to hear what I believed to be timeless music.

I thank all of you who supported me, and enjoyed my live shows, my mixes, my radio shows, and my podcasts. It’s been a terrific 30 years, and I’ve always tried to deliver it with class, dedication, effort and the best music I could find.

   This mix starts off with a laid-back feel as we move into the warmest fall we've had in a long time. We start picking it up with a cut from Liz McLarnon (former Atomic Kitten) as she re-does "Woman in Love" originally written by Barry Gibb of the Bee Gees for B.S. We then pick it up drastically as we move into the high energy portion, blasting off with a lush remix from Johnathan Peters. The rest of the mix remains in high gear as we move to a more rock-dance feel that starts off with the new Jamelia tune introduced at the Victoria Secret Fashion Show this year, which directly samples Depeche Mode's old club anthem "Personal Jesus". Next we have quite a surprise from Paul Oakenfold departing from his trance realm, he puts together this great tune with Brittany Murphy. Next is Max Graham's re-sampling remix of Yes's "Owner of a lonely Heart", always a great Job. Finally we end with a treat direct from the beaches of Ibiza with Sin Plomo's "It's You". You can almost feel the sun beating down on you as you listen to this smooth flowing track. Enjoy. This is just for you, my on-line Audience.

   It's our Summer mix for 2006! It was very difficult finding just the right songs for this mix, as there isn't as much decent dance music around as there was a couple years ago.

   We start out here with a new cut from Bananarama which sets up the whole disco-retro feel for the rest of the mix, until at the end, where I put in some trance cuts, which are some of my favorites right now. Especially the last cut "Broken Pieces" from Cultivate. A well constructed technically superior cut. I did the re-edit on this.

   I wanted to get back to my "roots" on this mix. Hard driving relentless trance, just like the raves of the early 90's. This is where I thrived. This is where I mixed for hours on end, felt the energy, became one with the crowd, the lights, The turntables & the music. It was a truly organic experience. I had no program planned, just playing one cut after another and seeing where it led me. Feeling the crowd's energy, and just going with it, put on a cut, see the reaction, you know the direction to take.

   Perhaps we will never see large events like this again, but I hope this CD will take you back. Put it on, and imagine you're in a big cavernous warehouse, huge sound system, amazing lights, and all your friends. You're letting the music move you. Music like you never heard before.

   This mix starts out with classic rave cuts and moves into more recent, then ends with some Drum & Bass favorites of mine.

I really enjoyed making this mix. It is also quite possibly my last mix ever. It seems the world around us is changing rapidly, and life has been pulling me in different directions. During the recent events of our world, it's important to take a step back and really think about what's important. To me this means a deep and meaningful relationship with God, and helping those who are less fortunate, especially now.

This holiday season, I urge you to take a hard look around, and really think about what Christmas means. It's the birth of our lord Jesus Christ. This also reminds us of why he was born into this world… To die for you and me, because the price of sin is more than we could ever repay. He did it for us.

Please remember this and think about it often.
